It is good as a client to think through in advance what you want the coaching to be about. The number of sessions depends on how clear you are about what you want to find out, what type of problem you want to discuss and what you want to achieve. Some people have concrete goals where the coach and client can set up an action plan quite immediately. For others, the desire is to be in a coaching conversation, to talk things out and reflect together with someone.
The Confident Solo program – becoming confident amongst others in life and work
Are you a high-achiever (e.g., in academia, corporate, art, or non-profit) who’s become disillusioned with the ‘game’ of your environment – the performative metrics, office politics, or rigid career ladders that feel meaningless? You got into your field with passion and curiosity looking forward to making a real impact. Now you’re just navigating bureaucracy and performance reviews. You have ideas and passions that don’t fit the template, and it’s left you in a quiet sense of regret.

- I guide you to confidently shape a life and career on your own terms, instead of shrinking under reports of measurable goals and demands.
- I accompany you on the journey to an everyday life characterized by authenticity, freedom and enjoying life.
Prices
I offer to meet in either one or a couple of sessions or in a longer program.
A 60-90 minute coaching session costs 2,500 SEK incl. VAT
Confident Solo – becoming confident amongst others in life and work: This is Culmen Coaching’s major transformational coaching program. Duration: three months. Cost: 20,000 SEK incl. VAT.
Confident Solo – discovering my compass: Culmen Coaching’s shortened program. Duration: one month. Cost: 7,500 SEK incl. VAT.
I know that life has different phases – sometimes the economy is smooth, sometimes it is tougher. To make my coaching as accessible as possible, I offer a lower price (30%) to people who are currently without income from work or their own business.
